The Production time on each product card covers mass manufacturing only — from the moment your bulk order enters the factory to when it's ready to ship. It does not include design (typically 1–3 weeks) or physical sampling (typically 1–3 weeks). A full end-to-end Design + Production cycle runs 50–90 days. For tournament or event deadlines, we recommend engaging us at least 10–12 weeks in advance; rush production is available with a 20–35% cost premium.
Yes — physical sampling is mandatory in our process. We coordinate one to two rounds of physical samples for every product before approving mass production. Sample lead times are 7–18 days depending on product type. Sample costs are typically credited against the production order.

Standard terms are 30–50% deposit to commence design or production, with the balance due prior to shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer and major international payment platforms. Payment terms may be adjusted for established clients or large-volume orders.
Yes. All products are manufactured under your brand identity. We do not co-brand or add AG markings to client products. Custom packaging, hangtags, labels, and branded packaging inserts are all available and handled as part of the production scope.
